About the Role:

Our Company is actively seeking a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer with 2-5 years of hands-on experience to join our innovative Engineering department. Based onsite in Gorakhpur, this full-time role is pivotal in driving our IT initiatives. You will leverage your expertise in Full Stack development, JavaScript, React, and Node.js, alongside Python, to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge web applications. This role exists to strengthen our core product offerings, solve complex technical challenges, and build scalable, high-performance solutions that will directly impact our growth and user engagement within the fast-evolving IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using MERN technologies (React, Node.js).
• Implement robust backend services and APIs with Node.js and potentially Python.
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

What You'll Work On:

• Developing new features and modules for our core IT products.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Educational background in Computer Science or a related field (B.Tech, BCA, M.Tech, MCA).
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, specifically with the MERN stack.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying scalable web applications.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment, contributing to project success.

Technical Skills:

• Full Stack Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to work across both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• Expert-level proficiency with modern JavaScript (ES6+), including asynchronous programming and functional concepts.
• React.js: Strong experience in building responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
• Node.js & Express.js: Proficient in developing robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and the Express.js framework.
• MongoDB: Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, aggregation framework, and Mongoose ORM.
• Python: Practical experience with Python for scripting, data processing, or backend service development.
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows (e.g., pull requests, branching strategies).
• Testing: Familiarity with writing unit and integration tests for both front-end (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and back-end (e.g., Mocha, Chai) code.
